The foreword to the Al-Anon Alateen Service Manual states that, “If and when the Area Assembly is agreed on alterations in the procedures recommended, it is vital that all groups in the Area be informed of the changes and why they were necessary.”

Approval of Oklahoma Autonomy changes by the Assembly will signal entry into Oklahoma Policy and Procedures Manual, and will become a part of our operating procedures.

Clarification of the abbreviations in this Digest may be found in the l-Anon Alateen Service Manual 2000-2002, “Terms Used in Al-Anon.”
